Well if you guys have talked about liking each other before then it should not be a problem. You should find a time when he has nothing to do and just hang out with him. Tell him how you feel (tell him he seems like he is uninterested in you lately and you want to know if your relationship will ever progress) and then see what he says. If he apologizes or seems like he feels bad for you ever thinking or feeling that, then he probably likes you. If he acts like it's not a big deal then he probably doesn't. He may be too busy for a relationship.

CLOTHES!!!!! I want a change...but not a big one!?

okay, so this is my first year of highschool, and i am a tomboy. The one always wearing sweatpants and short. Now, i wanna wear jeans and skirts! lol, but i can't spend to much on clothes. I also don't want anyone to judge me...i really got the confidence from watching icarly, (lol i know kiddy show) and the way Sam dresses inspired me :) And, i went one week to a camp, and i wore fitted clothes and guys actually liked me...so i would like that to happen again! But, of course i ain't the skinniest person alive...im 5'2 and 133 pounds. And, wear 5 or 6 in jeans. Where should i shop? And, my mom said i can spend 120 bucks (cheap mom) and i want some jeans and hopefully 2 skirts. I have stores like Aeropostale, American Eagle, Old Navy, and Rue 21. I would like doing the layered look, and just plain shirts, and leggings...is this possible with the money im getting aloud to use? and would people look at me weird if i changed? THANKS :)

it would not suprise me in the least, and to be truthful, it is not a bad policy, even though it does hurt you. If what the agent is saying is correct, I have to agree with this change. Put yourself in FHA's shoes for a moment. If you were being asked to lend x amount of dollars, wouldn't you want to see that who you are lending to has a sustained source of income to repay the loan? This is exactly the type of policy that should have been put in place years ago, along with many others, so that we wouldn't be in this position today. I'll take this a step further for you. With the way PMI companies are working today, they may move to the same policy as well. They want to make sure you can repay the loan as well as if you do not, they are on the hook for a portion of the investor loss. I have lost many deals due to the fact that the seller's mortgage was less than 2 years old, and if the seller didn't contribute to the mi conmpanies loss, they deny the short sale. I'm also hearing that mi companies are also disputing appraisals now, meaning that they are actually completing their own valuation of the property and if they do not agree with the lender's appraisal, they are rejecting the loan, which again, is something that should have been occuring a long time ago. There is a site on the web, which I can't remember the name of, which lists which companies have the best shareholder benefits, sometimes for the bare minimum of an investment. I'm not awash with money by any shape of the imagination but don't mind investing a little in a company if I am going to gain through the benefits afforded to shareholders.
