My fujifilm camera turns on sometimes and when it does the screen is stuck and no ons work?

yah the date/time sticks when i turn it on and none the ons work, i havent had this camera even a year yet, and im frustrated with the lack fuji has done they seem to be doing horrible in digital cameras, that i have read about, grrr i cant afford to buy a new one or repair it, dont wanna throw it out either
