I found a 1987 camaro should i get it?

a 1987 IROC Z28 Camaro. This car has been setting since approx 1999 but has had several mechanical updates recently which include: fuel pump and sending unit, fuel filter, (cap,rotor, wires and plugs - all Accell products), MSD coil, M Air Flow (MAF) sensor, Distributor embly, heater hoses, windshield washer pump and tank, wiper blades, front brake hoses, and all fluids and filters including transmission fluid and filter. 305 tune port motor runs healthy but at times it stumbles on acceleration. Car needs restored but has a lot of potential. Car also has a custom fabricated Ford 9 inch rear end. with 13848 miles on it.... its at $305 o the auction right now how high should i go on it??
