Should I ask my VERY estranged ex to come to my april 30th dr.'s appointment w me?

I'm going to have to go all by myself. We have been on VERY bad terms. I'm 20 weeks today (!) and hes still convinced I did this on purpose even though I never missed a pill and simply switched pill brands to a lower estrogen pill. hes furious I didn't get an abortion. His 25th bday is tomorrow and we used to be best friends...we've known each other for over 6 years so needless to say this has been very hard because hes literally disappeared and doesn't want anything to do with me. My mom won't be able to come to my appointment with me so should I invite him? We're both talking to lawyers and he hasn't asked me one single question about the baby, dr.'s appointments, ultrasounds, or anything.
