Ok need some help please.....?

My cat Gromit REALLY likes the toilet.....ANY time y ou flush he will rush in jump up on it & pretty much get inside to watch it go down & swat at the water....so we're thinking that MAYBE we could train him to potty on the toilet??? Could you PLEASE give me instructions and/or links to instruction sas to how to successfully train him to do this? Thanks much
