Will my psyciatrist cancel all my meds if I tell her this?

I am on Abilify and was suposed to take 2.5 mgs a night which is half a pill for my paranoia. And me and her were gonna work myself up to taking a whole pill. Well two nights ago I just said Forget it and moved up to a whole pill and its working a lot better than half of one... so if I tell her this will she take me off all my meds or will she let me continue taking 5mg a night?
