Do lots of fun things together, like going to the beach, or playing soccer or football, learn something together like rock climbing, you could play mini golf and go to the amusement park. Be spontaneous. As for the first kiss, you can either just go in for it, or if you prefer on asking, say something like, "you're really beautiful, is it ok if i kiss you." something cute, but not corny.
