How can I go about getting my rights reinstated after being convicted of a felony?

I was convicted of non-payment of child support in Texas. I was given one year and did my time. I have been out since December of 2003 and have paid $811.00 a month for my child support and back support since then. I want the right to vote and hunt and do all the things I did before. What do I need to do to get this expunged or pardoned? Do laws vary state to state? I live in Tennessee now and am not sure which way to turn...
