45- 1 hour should be good, test for doneness.. Turn oven down to 350 so that it doesn't burn. I usually put the usual ketchup on it, BUT the other day I saw somewhere that people put everything imaginable on it.. from ketchup to BBQ sauce to just about anything tomato based , check out the meatloaf recipes on... Foodnetwork.com... I think I may have seen it there
