I need help choosing an outfit for my first college cl. I want to look cute, but noticable,& approachable?

I like number two. the fact that the bottom is asymmetrical makes it more noticeable, and it would look really cute with shorts and flip flops. number 1 is really pretty too, but to make it more noticeable, try it with a cute, bold color. like red or blue.
