My chance of natural delivery?

I have a very, very mild form of spastic dysplasia cerebral palsy, and I do eventually want to have children in the future. I'm honestly against c-sections unless they are absolutely necessary, and I would really prefer to experience birth naturally -- however, is it likely that my doctor would play head-ing games with me because of my CP and try to talk me into a Cesarean birth?
