A question about Quechua Indians?

I will be going to Ecuador this summer and i will stop by Otavalo, in Otavalo there is a significant amount of indigenous Quechua Indians there. I want to buy some traditional Quechua clothes and hats and stuff like that, but the question is what is it called?????? i know they wear poncho like thingys and hats but are they even for sale?????what are they called?
