Swollen and tender labia?

So last week my man and i had , no protection, im on birth control, and things got rowdy and right after I felt very sensitive down there and was a little red and very swollen. A week goes by we did it again cuz symptoms diminished, and i felt it even more tender a little during ual , and was really swollen again. There was deff enough natural lube so that i dont think has anything to do with it....can a yeast infection be these two symptoms w/o white discharge??? And no I have not had a pimple down there just those symptoms.
