What to do when 6week old cat has seizures that last 5secs?

We rescued cat from constant eating of scraps pork and rice, had it about 2weeks last two days just starting having seizures, eats well dry and wet bath it twice in dish soap (not flea shampoos) , had medicine for worms last Saturday. The medicine was given orally. 1st seizure a week ago 2nd today
